Hey BigHead is owned and operated by Neon Blvd. In these Terms, “Hey BigHead,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Neon Blvd and the Hey BigHead brand.

By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or product, entering a giveaway, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase our services.

1. Eligibility

Membership benefits may change over time.

Your membership does not guarantee:

• Admission to every event
• Eligibility for every giveaway
• Availability of every benefit at all times
• Any specific commercial value

6. Recurring Billing

Unless expressly described as a one-time purchase, paid memberships automatically renew at the billing interval shown during checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method:

• At the end of any applicable trial period
• On the initial billing date
• On each recurring renewal date
• For applicable taxes or disclosed fees

Your membership will continue until you cancel it or we terminate it.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing frequency, trial terms, and renewal terms before completing checkout.

7. Free Trials and Promotional Memberships

We may offer free trials, discounted trials, promotional pricing, or complimentary membership periods.

Unless otherwise stated during signup:

• A valid payment method may be required.
• The trial automatically converts into a paid recurring membership when the trial ends.
• Your payment method will be charged the then-disclosed membership price unless you cancel before the trial expires.
• Each person may redeem only one free trial.
• Creating multiple accounts or using different contact or payment information to obtain additional trials is prohibited.
• Promotional offers may be limited to new members or other eligible users.

The specific terms shown when you enroll control if they conflict with this section.

8. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel a membership through the account dashboard or through another cancellation method we make available.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. It does not ordinarily create a refund for charges already processed.

After cancellation, you may retain access through the end of the paid billing period unless we state otherwise.

Deleting an account, unsubscribing from emails, disputing a charge, or stopping use of the website does not necessarily cancel an active membership.

You should complete the stated cancellation process and retain any cancellation confirmation.

9. Membership Price Changes

We may change membership prices.

When required, we will provide advance notice before applying a new price to a future renewal.

Continuing the membership after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated price. You may cancel before the new price applies.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize the applicable charge
• Pay all listed prices, taxes, shipping charges, and fees
• Avoid using an unauthorized or fraudulent payment method

We may cancel or delay an order when:

• Payment cannot be authorized
• We suspect fraud or abuse

• A product or service is unavailable
• The transaction violates these Terms

11. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are nonrefundable.

• Renewal charges

• Promotional purchases

We may issue a refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.

Issuing a refund in one situation does not require us to issue refunds in similar future situations.

12. Merchandise

Product images, colors, measurements, packaging, and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual products may vary slightly.

• Correct pricing errors
• Substitute packaging

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, customs, supply shortages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Any merchandise return or exchange policy displayed at checkout or on the store page is incorporated into these Terms.

13. Events and Tickets

Hey BigHead may sell or distribute tickets, registrations, invitations, or access to live or virtual events.

• Appears dangerously intoxicated

Removal for misconduct does not entitle the person to a refund.

14. Event Changes and Cancellations

Event dates, times, locations, formats, performers, guests, hosts, and schedules may change.

If we cancel an event, our liability will generally be limited to the refund or credit policy announced for that event.

We are not responsible for incidental expenses such as:

• Transportation
• Lodging
• Parking
• Meals
• Lost wages
• Babysitting
• Third-party ticketing fees
• Other personal expenses

Tickets may be nontransferable, revocable, or subject to resale restrictions.

15. Recording at Events

Hey BigHead events may be photographed, livestreamed, filmed, or recorded.

By entering an area where recording is taking place, you grant Hey BigHead and Neon Blvd permission to capture and use your image, voice, appearance, and participation in connection with:

• Podcast episodes
• Videos
• Livestreams
• Social media
• Advertising
• Promotional materials
• Archives
• Other media connected to the Hey BigHead brand

This permission is worldwide, transferable, royalty-free, and does not expire, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not required to compensate you or obtain further approval for these uses.

Contact us before attending if you have a material concern about appearing in event footage. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in incidental crowd footage.

16. Giveaways, Contests, and Promotions

Giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, drawings, and promotions may be governed by separate official rules.

The official rules may include:

• Entry dates
• Eligibility requirements
• Geographic restrictions
• Age requirements
• Entry methods
• Prize descriptions
• Winner-selection procedures
• Odds of winning

Unless the official rules expressly state otherwise, no purchase is necessary to enter or win a sweepstakes.

A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.

This license applies in any media format and is granted for the operation, production, marketing, and promotion of Hey BigHead and related properties.

You represent that:

• The submission does not infringe another person’s rights.
• The submission is not defamatory, unlawful, threatening, or fraudulent.
• Any person identifiable in the submission has provided necessary permission.

We are not required to publish, use, return, compensate, or keep submissions confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

18. Show Ideas and Unsolicited Materials

Hey BigHead may independently develop content, segments, games, episodes, event concepts, merchandise, and promotional ideas similar to suggestions submitted by users.

Do not submit confidential business plans, scripts, concepts, names, formats, inventions, or other proprietary ideas unless we have agreed in writing to review them confidentially.

Submitting an unsolicited idea does not create:

• A confidential relationship
• A partnership
• An employment relationship
• An obligation to use the idea
• An obligation to compensate you
• An agreement that the idea is original or exclusive

19. Acceptable Use

34. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

35. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver must be expressly provided in writing by an authorized representative of Hey BigHead or Neon Blvd.

36. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.

We may transfer these Terms in connection with a business sale, restructuring, asset transfer, affiliate relationship, or operational change.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, event rules, giveaway rules, return policies, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between you and Hey BigHead concerning the applicable services.

Event-specific, promotion-specific, product-specific, or membership-specific terms control if they directly conflict with these general Terms.
