Lowrider Las Vegas Super Show 2024 | October 5, 2024
I already showcased this in my October Conventions post, but I can’t wait to roll up to this event in my Model Y, bumping Too Short. With performances there too, this is an event that everyone should bring their family too – including you, Nanny.
The Olympia Fitness and Performance Weekend 2024 | October 11-12, 2024
Ok, while technically this is sporting event, its being held at the Las Vegas Convention center, which means it counts for this post. For the very few of you that don’t know what this is, its one of the biggest bodybuilding competitions held in the world. So bring the baby oil and make sure not to skip leg day. I was invited to compete this year, but I had to decline – I have a thing. Next year though, I’m definitely bringing home the gold.
SorceryCon 2024 | November 1-3, 2024
I’m not going to pretend I know what this specifically covers, heres a quote from their website:

SEMA Show 2024 | November 5-8, 2024
The official description of the SEMA show on their site is “There is no other trade show on the planet like this” and they couldn’t be more spot on. This is the Super Bowl of car shows. The Big Chief. The Sultan of Swat! The King of Krash! The Colossus of Clout! The Colossus of Clout! (I’ll give anyone 10 Schrute Bucks if you know what that reference is from)
If you’re obsessed with cars, if you’re into cars, or even if you’ve seen a car – you need to go to this show.
DesignerCon 2024 | November 15-17 2024
If you have 1 creative bone in your body, then checking out DesignerCon is a must. Its a world where all of your urban, underground and pop art interests hook up with toys, collectibles, and apparel – and lead to a 6 pound, 4 ounce convention baby. Describing DesignerCon with words doesn’t do it justice, check out the pictures to get a better idea of what you’re in for.
ComplexCon – 2024 | November 16-17, 2024
Listen, if Schrute Bucks and sorcerers aren’t your thing, then maybe I can introduce you to my friends Playboy Carti or Travis Scott? Because thats who is headlining at ComplexCon this November. After a celebrated run in Long Beach, the annual phenomenon known as the “Super Bowl of culture” is making its way to Las Vegas for an electrifying weekend of music, style, sneakers, collectibles, and much more. Leave those fake Nikes at home and come check out one of the best conventions of the year.

Don’t you worry my software / tech-heads (I’m looking at myself), Amazon has their annual re:Invent conference that showcases new product launches, crazy demos, and you’ll hear from some of the bigheads at AWS.
Cowboy Christmas 2024 | December 5-14, 2024
Let’s wrap up the year in style – Cowboy Christmas style. The only official gift show of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, which we all know brings out some of the most attractive people to Vegas. Girls in cowboy hats or riding horses, sign me up. Save a horse, ride a cowboy – as my grandmother used to say every year at Thanksgiving.
