Roger Waters tour will be in the round for the first time with his tour This Is Not A Drill at the T-Mobile Arena. Roger was the co-founder of the rock band Pink Floyd and became the lyricist, leader and co-lead vocalist. HIs Wall Live tour of 2010 – 2013 was the highest grossing tour by a solo artist at the time.
