NHRA heads to the Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the first of two four-wide racing events held this season, pitting drivers in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, Top Alcohol Dragster, and Top Alcohol Funny Car in thrilling side-by-side-by-side-by-side points competition. The tour returns to Las Vegas in the fall for a traditional two-side battle.
Las Vegas Motor Speedway, located in Clark County, Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada about 15 miles northeast of the Las Vegas Strip, is a 1,200-acre complex of multiple tracks for motorsports racing. The complex is owned by Speedway Motorsports, Inc., which is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
